Great service and great work. A great place to shop when you are looking for that hard to buy for person. I would recommend to anyone. She does all my logo work for my manager's shirts.
Don't order from this company if you're hoping to actually get the size you ordered...I ordered a Size 5/6 Christmas pj for my son on November 12 in order for it to be here in time for me to gift it to him on dec 1 (leaving extra time for shipping due to Covid) when I opened my order, I found out the item they shipped me was actually a size 2t (which is obviously not going to fit my size 6 son) I found this out on dec 1. I called the company and asked them what they could do to fix the issue, hoping they would overnight a new pair, and expressed my frustration, and the employee barely apologized and then told me they couldn't do that and I would get them Thursday along with a shipping label because I needed to send the wrong size pjs back. Keep in mind the entire time I had to call the company for updates every time but one. I will never use this company again, which makes me really sad because I love to support small businesses, but their customer support was not there....
Such a cute store with lots of baby items and many items to be embroidered. Cant wait to go back!
